The location off of Rosedale in Fort Worth has been very good to me. Mr Collin is who has been working with me lately and answering all of my questions. I don’t mind the slight increase of my rate because i know that all of my late sister’s belongings are in good hands, and for that, the service is priceless. Cheaper places are cheap for a reason! 10 out of 10. Would recommend. Better prices, better facilities, 24 hour access is so helpful and I shopped around, I looked at multiple facilities and talked to even more on the phone ….. But more important than anything else. All things equal the REAL REASON we choose one business over another. The customer service, specifically at this location was far better than all the others. The guy running this facility was so helpful. He was able to show me multiple units quickly and made it clear my my business mattered.

We’ve had an amazing experience through the years with Extra Space. The customer service from friendly and helpful staff has always been top tier. I can’t thank them enough for keeping our storage needs simple, easy, and affordable! Unfortunately we are moving out of state but the move out process was great and just want to say a big THANK YOU to the Extra Space on Rosedale!
Colin is great! I was impressed with his professionalism and sense of humor. He’s respectful and knowledgeable about his company, and it was a pleasure to arrange my new storage unit, which is impeccably clean. The floors of the entire building are shiny and free of dirt.

Was in process of moving and needed quick immediate storage. Collin got me squared away, I knew I was in good hands due to the cleanliness and expertise of the service I received! Would recommend to anyone in need of superb service and storage.
Worked with Jamie at extra space today who when's the extra mile to help me. Companies don't usually find employees that are this concerned about the well-being of their customers. Jamie helped me with the arrangements and payments and corrected some issues. Jamie's customer service was excellent. She's a wonderful representative of extra space storage.
Dont bother. They will increase the rental space after 2 months to the "going rate." They went from $66 to $121, but they promote the same unit for $52 online. Will not lower rates because they claime to be a month to month rental unit. Who rents a unit for a month?! Also during the summer it was just as hot outside as it was as it was inside. Also, there is no lighting inside the unit, making it impossible to see when loading the unit. I would recommend a real storage unit, not one of these.
Collin Lackey, is the best guy and is always very helpful takes great care of the places. Is a pleasure to speak with. Just love his attitude.
